Sunlust was birthed in 2018 in Toronto, Canada by Stephanie Woulfe (guitar and vocals), Daniel Wiktor (drums) and Stefano Signorile (bass). Drawing from a variety of influences, including grunge, punk, classic rock, alternative and all things in between, the trio began their musical journey playing live shows extensively throughout the city, and released their debut album "Geek Confession" in April of 2021.

As of 2024, Sunlust is entering a new era, welcoming change and fresh starts. They amicably parted ways with drummer Dan and welcomed Paolo Richichi to the kit. They expect to be releasing their sophomore effort by late 2024, and embarking on a small provincial tour in an effort to effectively take over the world with their noisy, confessional punk.
